My name is Tameisha, owner of D.A.Y Studio (Dance Aerobics and YOGA) in Mesa, AZ
I am a movement guide. I understand the discomfort that could come with thinking about stepping into a fitness class. My focus is movement-not fitness. Moving your body on a regular basis is one of the most important steps you can take to improve your health. Adding regular movement in your routine can improve your brain health, help manage weight and reduce the risk of disease. Doing this movement with a community adds multiple layers of enjoyment.
