According to the CDC , regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.

This is exactly the focus of D.A.Y. Studio- movement. Getting back to a place of moving, sweating, feeling and connecting. D.A.Y. is an acronym for Dance Aerobics and YOGA. Doing what you love to do reduces the dread of traditional workout. We want to promote activity in a diverse array of ways to help support you on your daily journey.
