This is exactly the focus of D.A.Y. Studio- movement. Getting back to a place of moving, sweating, feeling and connecting. D.A.Y. is an acronym for Dance Aerobics and YOGA. Doing what you love to do reduces the dread of traditional workout. We want to promote activity in a diverse array of ways to help support you on your daily journey.
