Service Description
Somatic Yoga is the practice of using conscious movement to re-educate the nervous system. We will focus on noticing what we feel and using the natural motion of our body to release tense muscles and relax as fully as possible. Equipment needed: -A yoga mat -yoga blocks are optional -no shoes needed- socks or bare feet are fine -wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in What to expect: Standing and sitting positions. Slow and intentional movement. The class will end with a savasana (a relaxed position lying on your mat)
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start of class. You can reschedule your class, instead of cancelling, up to 1 hour before the start of class. No refund will be issued after services are rendered and/or class is complete.
