Service Description
Meditation is the practice of using focus to declutter the mind. It is often thought that meditation has to be done sitting still, this is not true! We will use yoga to unite the physical body, breath and mind to increase awareness of the body. This awareness will allow you the ability to acknowledge and change the way you interact with yourself. Typically improving your mood and ability to control your emotions. Allow me to guide your movement journey. Equipment needed: -A yoga mat -yoga blocks are optional -no shoes needed- socks or bare feet are fine -wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in What to expect: Standing and sitting positions. The class will end with a savasana (a relaxed position lying on your mat)

Cancellation Policy
Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start of class. You can reschedule your class, instead of cancelling, up to 1 hour before the start of class. No refund will be issued after services are rendered and/or class is complete.
